Arguments vs. Fights

Today we were taught the difference between arguing and fighting. Arguing is about when someone persuades the audience. Fighting is when each disputant tries to win. While learning this topic I began to try and remember a time I had an argument where I possibly used persuasion. Persuasion reveals manipulative glory an teaches people how to win an argument logically instead of physically. We also revisited the topic of rhetoric which is the art of influence, friendship, and eloquence. Any topic can be an argument, but most successful argument use rhetoric.
